1. DETERMINE PRODUCTIVITY OUTCOMES
It's hard to know when you've reached peak performance if you haven't defined what that is. At the beginning of the process, you'll work with a Mindhive performance coach to discover what peak work performance looks like in your life, and where you currently are.
2. IDENTIFY INTERNAL FACTORS
One of the most common things that holds people back from achieving peak performance is a set of self-limiting beliefs. Often times people are unable to get into a flow state because they struggle to silence their own inner dialogue. This dialogue can be quite toxic and laden with judgemental thoughts and inadequate feelings, which destroy productivity out of the gate. Your coach will work with you to identify these beliefs that might be holding you back.
3. EXAMINE LIFESTYLE FACTORS
While a lot of productivity problems can be solved by looking at your internal world, many external circumstances also play a role. Sleep, diet and exercise are all critically important to feeling and performing your best at work and school.
4. CREATE AN ACTION PLAN
Using the wisdom from steps 2 and 3, you and your coach will chart a course for your ideal level of performance. This plan is customized to suit your needs and address what's most important to you.
5. IMPLEMENT NEW STRATEGIES AND MONITOR PROGRESS
Now that you have a plan of action, it's time to put your money where your mouth is! Your coach (or masterclass group, depending on the program) will hold you accountable to take the steps you laid out. No plan is perfect, so it'll be up to you and your coach to monitor how practical the plan is and whether or not it's moving you closer to peak performance.
